Campground & Park Information
Open April 15th – October 15th at 5902 Genesee Street / Otter Lake, MI 48464. We begin taking reservations for the season on April 15. Lots 1 thru 20 are seasonal waterfront lots with a waiting list. Below you can find our rates and terms for payment.
July 4th holiday requires a 6 night minimum stay.
We begin taking reservations for the season on April 15, a security deposit of 50% down is required and due within 5 days of making a reservation, with remaining balance due 5 days prior to arrival, if not received security deposit will be forfeited. Holiday Reservations require a 3-Day Minimum stay with full payment at time of reservation.

Please help us make your stay a pleasant one by following a few simple rules:
All tenants must register with and pay the park manager before setting up. Rent is payable in advance. All tenants must provide a home address when checking in. There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks. If a check is returned, checks will no longer be accepted from that camper. A three (3) day grace period will be given to campers to pay their monthly rent, on the 4th day a fee of $50 will be added to the rent. After six (6) days the unit will be sent to storage and a fee of $10.00 per day will be charged.
